Experience - 3 to 7 years
Primary Responsibilities

• Planning, Organizing and implementing Health, Safety and Environment management system for the CBG plant reporting to Site In-charge.
• Conducting Risk assessment, Job safety Analysis for all activities at the location. Suggest control measures to reduce the risk,and assist to prepare method statements for all high risk jobs.
• Safety Induction, Training & Safety Presentation for awareness of safety management system at all level.
• . Monitor all activities in order to ensure that proper safety procedures and Permit- to- Work System practices are being followed everywhere.
• Ensure 100% Compliances to Statutory pertaining to HSE requirement as applicable to the location.
• Ensure for 100% PPE adherence by all.
• . Ensure all HSE Matters are identified and addressed
• . HSE Signposting with respect to hazard and activity in place
• To organize Mock drill and ensure that all emergency system functional as required.

• . Accountable to manage & advice on company operation on all HSE Matters in line with company standards and applicable legal requirements.
• . Conducting HSE inspection, accident investigation and reporting, Preparation of weekly & monthly HSE reports
• . To attain management Safety meetings.
• Carrying out frequent inspections, coordinating the testing of lifting equipment and tackles.
• . Maintain excellent relation with customer. Frequently meet Customer and Participate in customer’s safety events. Keep updating customer about safety performance.
• . Prepare location On-Site Emergency Response Plan (OSERP). Conduct Regular mock drills as per regulations and discuss improvement plans with Site incharge and corporate HSE.
• To identify unsafe act and unsafe process area wise and elimination of the same in consultation with respective section.

• Bridging of documents as and when required.
• Develop Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) with compliance schedule, follow-up and measure Praj Safety performance.
• Should be able to develop location specific HSE program and its management

• Should possess a strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and industrial hygiene regulation in India.
• Should have the ability to establish agreement and consensus with plant leadership and effectively engage primary employees, in management of safety.
• Experience from OIL & GAS /Construction / power plant /Industrial background will be preferred.
